Music Ministry

Last Wednesday the Chancel Choir recorded five pieces of new service music for the St. Paul's congregation. The music recorded is entitled Doxology I, Doxology II, Sanctus I, Sanctus II and Glory Be To God, and will be presented in our gathered Sunday School sessions on Sunday, October 21 and 28 and incorporated into our upcoming Reformation worship services on Sunday, October 28 morning and evening. Below you will see links to listen to these recordings. The Chancel Choir is looking forward to sharing new hymns, song and service music with the St. Paul's congregation this coming Sunday at the Sunday School hour beginning at 9:00 am in the Fellowship Hall. See you then!
Come let us sing for joy to the Lord; let us shout aloud to the Rock of our salvation. Psalm 95:1

We desire people of all ages to express their love for Christ and gratitude toward God through the use of their musical gifts. Choirs for children, youth and adults afford singers a wonderful opportunity for worship and fellowship. We also encourage those with instrumental talent to utilize their gifts in public worship. Our times in music-making are a productive, positive and enjoyable experience for everyone involved!

St. Paul's Chancel Choir

The Chancel Choir has the privilege and responsibility of leading the musical portions of our liturgy. I would like to extend an invitation for those with vocal experience, an appreciation of music and a desire to serve God to participate in the Chancel Choir. The Choir ministers through a variety of musical styles, but always with the threefold purpose of glorifying God, encouraging and inspiring believers, and sharing the truth of God's Word with those who have not yet put their faith in Christ. Please join us for our rehearsals from 7-9pm on Wednesday evenings.
