This year’s VBS theme was Dreams & Schemes. During our week together, over 90 children embarked on an extended journey through the life of Joseph (Genesis 37-46). Each day they were reminded that God is always with us, just as He was faithful to Joseph throughout his life.
Day 1—God is always with us, even in our troubles.
Day 2—God is always with us and helps us choose to do the right thing.
Day 3—God is always with us and gives us gifts and abilities to help us do God’s work.
Day 4—God is always with us and gives us ways to use our gifts to serve God and help others.
Day 5—God is always with us and brings good out of bad, forgiveness and reconciliation out of hatred.
