Fall 2010

This fall we are offering 5 Tuesday morning studies and 1 Tuesday evening study. Studies begin September 14 and end November 16.  Anyone is welcome to join a group at any time!

Please note that the Tuesday evening study does not meet the last Tuesday of each month, when all women are invited to attend Mom to Mom: September 28 and October 26.  (Mom to Mom will meet August 31 as well, but that is prior to the start of Small Group Studies.)

Childcare is provided on Tuesday mornings (donations appreciated). Childcare is not provided on Tuesday evenings.

Click here to sign up for one of the Small Group Studies or if you have any questions about them. When emailing, please include your name, phone number, email address, and the study you would like to attend. If it is a Tuesday morning study, please also indicate how many children you may have in childcare.

Click here to see ordering information for each of the books.

Tuesday mornings, 9:30 - 12:00:

The Message of Acts
, by John Stott (year-long study)

Let's Study 1 Peter, by William Harrell

Pathway to Freedom, by Alistair Begg

Pathway to Freedom will challenge you to think long and hard about the significance of God's Law. It has dynamic implications for how each of us lives every day.

Broken-Down House,
by Paul David Tripp

Paul Tripp suggests that God is calling us out of our self-righteousness to let us see that we live in a broken-down house that needs to be restored and to have us recognize that the hope we have of restoration is through God's plan for redemption.

Wise Words for Moms
, by Ginger Plowman (concluding from last Spring)

In a handy quick-reference calendar style format, Wise Words for Moms identifies 22 behavior problems in children (such as disobeying, lying and tattling) and offers examples of Scripture passages that help parents address heart issues.  It should be used as a tool-- not a substitute-- for your personal research of the Bible when in comes to teaching, rebuking, correcting, and training your children in righteousness.

Tuesday evenings, 7:00 - 9:00:

The Patriarchs, by Beth Moore

Encountering the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob
